Here are some things to consider on how to make edible photo cupcakes/cakes toppers:

Don’t Open the Bag of Edible Images until It’s Time to Apply Them

 Frosting sheets are known to be a decoration, and like the butter, it will crust or melt after a few minutes. 

Recover Any Dry and Brittle Toppers

Brittle toppers are inevitable, and it can sometimes happen when you pull out the toppers that may seem a little stiff. There are some parts of the edges that are cracked or have no movement. You can just put it back in the bag slowly and make it again in a humid environment to get them in place.

Hands Should be Clean and Dry

Edible toppers have the image printed in the front part, so if your hands or fingers are not dry, the water can distort your image.
